Hide Powerpack

I did a search on both powerpack and installation pack but either my question has not been asked before or my search string isn't asking for the right keywords.

How can I disable application pack items to all domains (and hide the application pack item) allowing us to make a particular application available only on a domain by domain basis when a domain owner requests it?

If you are referring to 'Application Vault' type icons, you may want to check on the 4PSA site, they released a free script to hide buttons, including App Vault. Not sure if PowerPack is same/similar to App Vault.

I know it works for 7.5.3, I do NOT know if it has been tested on 7.5.4
