Issue high apache memory usage

I am using debian 9 on a 32GB OVH server however apache is using all the ram and even more. i don't know what is causing this or how to find the culprit.

Have you tried to log in by ssh and see which processes are using the most RAM?

htop should show you what you need to see.

Or the "top" command that comes installed by default

I prefer "atop", shows the most information.
