High CPU Load w/Apache?

I haven't been able to pin down the cause of this, but shortly after installing PSA 9.3.0 with the latest MySQL and PHP packages from ART, I'm experiencing unusually high CPU loads...

I don't even know where to begin, there's no sign of any malfunction, DOS attacks, nothing in the error logs...

Anyone else having any troubles? I don't know if its PLESK related or not. Strangest thing. No errors on my server, just that my machine is totally bogged down.

I found these same errors and:

chmod 755 /etc/psa

CPU in top went down from avg 8 to 0.5.
