New to Plesk for Windows, all seemed fine and out of nowhere I had a bunch of problems, still trying to figure how they occurred. Have solved them all except what I believe to be the last one.

When I go to webmail.upscope.com or any domain, I get a 403 authentication error. It has been my experience that this happens when the anonymous user password is not in sync with the security user password. If this is the problem, I have no idea which tool will resolve this issue.

The other problem I have is finding where the documentation is on all the tools (ex - websrvmng.exe, defpackagemng.exe, etc.)

Any help in either of these matters is greatly appreciated.
