Horde & domxml

Hi, I'm new here and new and to plesk.. but I'm having a problem with Horde webmail program that came with Plesk..

I'm trying to utilize the administration option and it says the following:

A fatal error has occurred
You need the domxml or dom PHP extension to use the configuration tool.
[line 25 of C:\Inetpub\vhosts\webmail\horde\admin\setup\config.php]


I've uncommented the extension=php_domxml.dll in the php.ini file and restarted the server. I don't know what else I'm missing.

Any ideas please??? this is important...

Please allow extension=php_domxml.dll in php.ini which is located in folder <vhosts>\webmail\horde
