Horde IMAP account cannot login ..

/var/log/psa-horde/psa-horde.log showed is showing messages like :
Apr 01 11:46:28 HORDE [error] [imp] FAILED LOGIN for [email protected] to {localhost:143 [imap/notls]} [pid 14994 on line 139 of "/usr/share/psa-horde/imp/lib/Auth/imp.php"]

I run : telnet localhost 143
and receive connection refused

I checked /etc/hosts file and the 127.0.0.1 localhost is there ...

I tried to reinstall the IMAP service
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --install-component imap
but I got Warning: following component(s) not found: 'imap'

should I reinstall it ? if no, what shoudl I do next ..
if yes, how ?
