Horde problem: unable to send: sendmail not executable warning ...

I get the following error when trying to send any message using Horde IMP:

There was an error sending your message: sendmail [/usr/sbin/sendmail] not executable

Qmail is working though, as well as PHP not in safe mode ... I wonder what causes this ..

Any clue?
