Horde - Unable to get password - after migration

I migrated some domains on Plesk 7.5.4 to 7.5.4 on a VPS with Centos 4.

When trying to access webmail.domain.com
I get the "Unable to get webmail password" popup and php error:
Warning: fopen(/etc/psa/.webmail.shadow): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /etc/psa-horde/horde/conf.php on line 28

I did not have a .webmail.shadow.
So I created it.
#cat > .webmail.shadow
#chown apache:apache .webmail.shadow
#chmod 400 .webmail.shadow

Ufortunately, this didnt help.
What next?

Any suggestions?

Any & all help is appreciated.
BTW: Is there any documentation for migration help available from sw-soft?

Does anyone have experience with this?

I have since found the pw from the mgrated server and added to the file.

Still no luck.

While I am not at all happy about these issues at least I am learning along the way, right.?

After following some tuts on these threads and in the knowledge base.
I finally figured out that the Horde database was not installed during the migration.

I figured Id try seeing If I could create it myself unforunately ran into a brick wall right away.

trying to dump the horde DB from the old server gives error:

mysqldump: Can't get CREATE TABLE for table `horde_prefs` (Can't open file: 'horde_prefs.MYD'. (errno: 145))

Is this something I can do?
I am not too into paying for plesk support but it might be my only option at this time.

Figured I check back here you with all you knowledgable people first.

Having same problem!!!!
