i am having an issue with Horde on my plesk panel 10.1.1 install

when a user logs into webmail they get:

1 Unknown Date Invalid Address [No Subject] 753
2 Unknown Date Invalid Address [No Subject] 15 KB
3 Unknown Date Invalid Address [No Subject] 8 KB
4 Unknown Date Invalid Address [No Subject] 753
5 Unknown Date Invalid Address [No Subject] 15 KB
6 Unknown Date Invalid Address [No Subject] 46 KB

the mail do not open.

i have checked the TMP and TEMP environment variables and even granted "Everyone" full access to the mail engine folders with no success.

the server is Windows 2008 R2 (no SP)

there is no log file created in the C:\windows\temp directory

the log file is in g:\Plesk\tmp\horde\horde81.log'; and shows only the logins

Are you sure that both TMP and TEMP variables are %SystemRoot%\TEMP ?

I have attached a screenshot of the environment variables for you

my worry is that plesk runs the IIS worker process the user IWAM_plesk(default) which may have user variables set but as i cant log on as that user, i have no idea how to check them

i am now getting some serious grief from clients that this still isnt working.

has anyone got any ideas?

Have you tried to disable horde webmail and enable it again in Server settings->Components management->Webmail?
During this operation horde website will be recreated.

Yes, i have removed and reinstalled it.

i have now upgraded horde in the 10.2 upgrade and this has not solved the issue.

any other ideas would be appreciated.

thanks

Hello,

Check that user IUSRPLESK_horde has write permissions for C:\Users\IWAP_plesk(default)\AppData\Local\Temp.

Thats the answer - solved the problem.

thank you very much....
