Horde webmail does not work after server move

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting my horde webmail to work, after moving my data to a new clean Windows Plesk 8.6 box.
Everything seems to work fine (websites, databases etc) except webmail.

My problem is that when I try to access webmail.domain.com I get a HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied error message.

After reading several forum posts I have done the following:

- Remove Webmail & PHP, Reboot, Reinstall Webmail & PHP. No luck
- Run defpackagemng --fix --type=webmail.horde & websrvmng --reconfigure-webmail. No luck
- Checked all website & application pool properties regarding username and passwords, as well as the security properties of c:\Inetpub\vhosts\webmail. No luck

I'm posting some screenshots of my current configuration.

First my Security tab at the c:\inetpub\vhosts\webmail directory. The IWAM_plesk(default) account is set to Read, Read & Execute, List Folder Contents


Then here is the same for c:\inetpub\vhosts\webmail\horde directory.


Here is my plesk(default) application pool, where you can see that I use the IWAM_plesk(default) user.


Here is the configuration at IIS -> Web Sites -> webmail(horde) -> Properties -> Directory Security -> Authentication Methods where again I use the IWAM_plesk(default) user.


Finally the Home Directory configuration pane of webmail(horde) where you can see that plesk(default)(pool) is configured as the Application Pool.

usually IUSRPLESK_horde – not IWAM_plesk(default)

Also verify that IWAM_plesk(default) has rights ‘replace a process level token’ and ‘Adjust memory quotas’ in group policy.
