New Pleskian
on phpmyadmin cannot be accessed, the service cannot be started, please i need help
( mysqli::real_connect(): (HY000/2002): No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. )
 
Perhaps Plesk SQL Server service failed due to lack of disk space. Check it.
