hosted files not working

Hi ,
I am very new to parallesl plex and hosting the website.
i have created a webpage in vs2008(asp.net) and uploaded to httpdocs folder
but when i am trying to open it i am getting error please view the link which i have upload

even html pages are not working

but this html page which was there by default is working like postinfo.html,_vti_int.html

pleae help me i am struck here from 2 days
