Issue Hosting setting problem after update to 12.5

after plesk update freo 12 to 12.5 my Hosting settings have probelm.
and cant change it.

Hmmm, I suspect it is a corrupt template in PLESK, but only repair or overwrite that file will help you. If it is still working the environment (and is only a duplicate in template) then I suggest to leave it like that until next update.
Also you can try to do an autoinstaller and install any small component. Can this force to get microupdates again and fix it. It is a chance.
