On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
Hmmm, I suspect it is a corrupt template in PLESK, but only repair or overwrite that file will help you. If it is still working the environment (and is only a duplicate in template) then I suggest to leave it like that until next update.
Also you can try to do an autoinstaller and install any small component. Can this force to get microupdates again and fix it. It is a chance.
