Issue Hostname is not resolving not even with IP

Hello,

I have set new hostname for the server 173.212.217.49 but its not resolving with (win23.youstable.com:8443) or even with the IP address. I tried to restart machine but no luck.

Check and correct your DNS settings if necessary.

Sorry it was using CloudFlare, I just disabled CF DNS but still not working just keep loading

I see Plesk login page when I go to https://win23.youstable.com:8443
What is wrong with it?
