My Plesk Control panel hotlink not working. Help and info please...

PS: http://kb.swsoft.com/en/2156 --> this page is hotlinkprot.dll downloads and replace my hotlinkprot.dll but is not working

My Plesk version is 8.2.0

Notice that one of the patched functions is hotlinking. Upgrade.
