How can i see how many email is been sent for a domain?

Hello guys, i´m having problems, i have one dedicated server, that has only two domains, and some time of the day this server is very, but very slow, the load average got in 10, and nothing works, so looking for what could be, i access the "Data Transfer Statistics" for this domain, and i saw the POP3/IMAP with a huge transfer statistics, last mounth (July), the pop3/imap only transfer "888 264.11 MB", "867 536.09 MB" is marked as out, so i think that is the SMTP, so i would like to know how can i see how many email are this domain is sending per day, and from what account this messages is been sent.

Is this possible?
