How do I access CP when port 8443 is blocked?

my work blocks pretty much all ports and that includes 8443. Is there a way around having to use a port with plesk to access the control panel?

I found this from googling the issue but It looks a little old and just wanted to make sure before I attempt it.

well, you have other options.

1) reconfigure sw-cp-server (search configuration in /etc/) to use other port

2) use ssh tunnel.

3) use HTTP port 8880 (not secure!)
