• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

i have several IP addresses pointed to the plesk server. there a couple of customers sharing one address. caused by administration reorganizing i need to switch them to an other ip address pointed to the server. so how do i do this? i have seen a thread already discussing this but now i cant find it anymore. any help is welcome. thanks.

The best way *I think* is to add another IP address to the customers IP Pool then re-setup the domain for that new IP. Im not aware of any transfers you can do. Somebody else may know a better way.

ok up to now everything worked but i can't reach the administration panel anymore. what can't be wrong?
