How do i create a new user for an existing domain

I use Plesk 8.1.0 for Microsoft Windows.
The question here is...
How do I create a new user for an existing domain ?
I want to give to that user specific privillages !

you can create additional ftp users by clicking on domain name and then clicking
on additional ftp users
