Issue SitejetBuilder does not open existing website

A website was created on a domain with SitejetBuilder. The customer wants to edit it, but although the SitejetBuilder icon in the dashboard shows that it is a previously created website, SitejetBuilder offers only to create a new one.

I tried to apply https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...n-though-the-domain-already-exists-in-Sitejet, but it did not help.

And: When I open the SitejetBuilder link, URL shown is https://cms.sitehub.io/<webcard id>, the same that is shown in the website source code ... ) var webcard={};webcard.id=<webcard id>;webcard.module .... So if the website is identical with the webcard id shown in the cms.sitehub.io link, why can it not be edited in Sitejet Builder any longer?
