How Do I Create a txt file for spf?

I have an auto responder that I think someone is sending spoof emails. How do I create a txt file to in the DNS to prevent this?

I know where to add this file, but don't know how to format it.

Enter your domain and hit 'Begin' from there it will ask you a series of questions and ultimately give you the content you're looking for.
