How do i delete skins

Hi

We have plesk 7.5 running on linux..
we want to remove all the skins and make one new one for all the users.

How do we delete the other preinstalled skins?
And were is the map were we can find them?

In my Plesk 7.5.2 I can delete skins in
SERVER -> SKINS page.
