  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

How do I get domains to use new SSL certificate after replacing expired one?

Toxalot

Basic Pleskian
I generated a self-signed SSL certificate on the command line. I replaced the existing certificate located in /usr/local/psa/var/certificates directory, keeping the same filename. I did it from the command line because I wanted to set an expiry date longer than 1 year into the future. I was also hoping that I wouldn't have to go through all my IP addresses and re-save the certificate they use.

After replacing the certificate, I went back to the panel and re-secured the panel with the certificate. The panel now uses the new certificate, but all the domains still use the old certificate.

I've tried:
- making the cert the default for websites, again
- re-saving the IP address settings
- restarting Apache
- clearing my browser cache
- reloading the domain website

But, the website is still using the expired certificate. What do I need to re-save, reload, or restart to get the websites to use the new cert?

It seems to have refreshed now. Would something have happened via cron to do this? At first, I thought it was something I did, but now I can't duplicate the results. There must be a way to force this without waiting for some scheduled event - if indeed that is what happened.
