  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question How do I make a Wordpress backup and give the backup to a customer?

Good morning.
I have five different Wordpress sites and domains on my server for five different customers.
I want to be able to give each customer their own backup package of Wordpress for their own keeping.
Could anybody tell me what is the best (and simplest) way to do this?
Many thanks

Hey, @Colonel36. One of the simplest ways of creating a backup of your WordPress files + database is directly through WP Toolkit. Detailed instructions you can find here. I hope that helps.
