• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

How do I remotely modify server (not website) files to disable automatic emails

New Pleskian
Hi, I've purchased a Cloud package with my hosting provider and have Parallels Plesk Panel 11 running. The only way I can currenty access the console is via a web based java app, but its very hard to use to open, edit and save the Dr. Web files so I can disable the automatic emails.
I can't seem to find anywhere in the plesk panel where I can upload or manage server files (not webspace files)
Has anyone else had this problem or have a solution?
thanks.

If I correctly understood you haven't ssh root access to your Plesk server, right?
