How do I Update SpamAssassin to 3.1.7

I hope this is the correct place to ask this. I wish to upgrade the out of date 3.1.1 SA to the newer 3.1.7 version. I have found what looks to be an easy way to do this for Linux using AtomicTurtle site but nothing on doing the same thing for Windows. Can someone help please?

No one has updated there SpamAssaaain? I mean the file with Plesk 8.1 is almost a year old? Is it as simple as copying the files over or is there more to it?
