Hi Everyone,

Trying to upgrade our Plesk Panel for Windows, running on Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise, 9.5.2 to 9.5.5. Have tried the following without success.

#1, Downloaded plesk_9.5.5_build110704.11.exe and when tried to run the program got the following error:

Fatal error during Installation. (Error code 1603) at Unable to execure "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Install\110704.11\Plesk.msi" REINSTALLMODE=vomus

#2, Got similar error when tried to use the Plesk Panel Auto Updater, http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...stallation-guide/index.htm?fileName=32486.htm . This time got the following message:

The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. http://autoinstall.plesk.com/420FF3A6-FF3D-4B04-A9F2-896B2692EFB7.xml.crc

Also received similar error when tried to check for update in Plesk Panel, Home > Help & Support > Updates:

Error: Unable to retrieve a list of available updates: Unable to run `pleskautoupdate` utility: System.Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. http://autoinstall.plesk.com/420FF3A6-FF3D-4B04-A9F2-896B2692EFB7.xml.crc
at PleskUpdater.Updater.check()
at PleskAutoUpdate.App.Main(String[] args)

Or are there patches we can just install or replace to bring our current build to the latest release.

Thanks!

Shawn
