Question How I get mails or prune stucked mails?

I'm here /smb/email-address/list (Subscriptions -> Mails)
Plesk show me that a few a-mail accounts have 5-800 MB in usage. But I use pop3 with option remove mails after received in mail client and there are no waiting mails, said my mail client.Yes, I clicked on "refresh usage stats"-button many times.

How I get this missing mails? What can I do with it? Can I read it? Can I prune it?
