How To Change A Domain

Hello:

I was wondering how you can change a domain in Plesk? I have been able to change in Linux with no problem, however when I come to the same spot in windows, it doesn't provide a option to change. The domain just remains in a text format.

What do you mean exactly "change domain"? And what do you mean "remains in a text format"?
