• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue How to change proxy chain?

New Pleskian
Hello,

I'm testing various firewall options out there so I've decided to try BitNinja. I installed it and a very nice support person helped me to confirm the proper configuration. He says the WAF module is not configured properly. He tried very hard and spent hours to solve the issue but he wasn't successful. According to him the problem is that WAF is sitting in the middle of Nginx and Apache as of now. (I'm using Nginx as a reverse proxy in front of Apache)

The problem has already been escalated to their devs to implement a new feature which will allow changing ports on the WAF side. One of their devs has already started working on this. The solution on their side is on the way and I don't know the ETA.

In the mean time, the second alternative they are suggesting me is to change the order in the proxy chain. Now that is something I have no clue about....
