How to clean up sitebuilder database?

I have problem to enable domains with sitebuilder after I changed the ServiceFacade main domain (chekbox gray, impossible to select it).

So after a long time reaching for help, I tried to activate a new domain and the checkbox was active, it's working.

For me the problem is in the database of Sitebuilder which still have the old domains activation informations.

Is anyone can tell me how can I clean Sitebuilder database in command lines, if it's possible?

Is there a way to have support here or after you pay for some services you just got your eyes to cry??
