WE have a website only that is on Plesk Obsidian 18.0.76#2
Plesk deals with the DNS and with the website. But the email aspects are delegated to Google.
The email accounts are controlled and hosted by Google.
We have moved this domain incoming from WHM where it worked perfectly with Exim.
The issue is that sending email from the website fails to deliver the email off server. How do we correct this?
We have tried:
-- Sending email from another email account on the server. Result below:
-- Setting both domains under the same subscription
-- Setting up the sending mailbox on the server ( IssueDomain.org.uk ).
-- Setting up the domain IssueDomain.org.uk both not to have emails enabled at all
The receiving email mailbox does not exist on the local server.
Issue domain: IssueDomain.org.uk
Secondary Domain: secondDom.org.uk
Server Host: server-host.com
Email response is always as follows:
Account DNS for : IssueDomain.org.uk
Email on the sever delivers perfectly to third party that are not @IssueDomain.org.uk but fail to deliver to IssueDomain.org.uk .
How do we resolve?
