  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to delete 'banner cache'

Hi
Apparently I have uploaded too many custom banners in the 'edit' section of sitebuilder (trying different ones to see how they looked). From reading through documentation I now have to delete my custome banners I have previously uploaded. They are stored in a cache somewhere.
Anyone know how to do this, or where they are stored?

Many thanks
Jo

As I know, old custom banner will be overwritten with new one each time when you upload new custom banner on Design step. So you should have only one custom banner available for selection on Design step in banners section.
Generally, custom images (customer banners) are stored in following place for the site on Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder server:

SB_ROOT/htdocs/sites/site_dirs/customImages/header/, for example:

/usr/local/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/65/658d54f2ff1d0da094fd6d171ce8e8d8/customImages/header

Try to check it and there should be available one customer banner image, current one which is available for selection on Design step.

Also, make sure that you have installed all updates in Server -> Autoupdate section with your 4.5 version.
