  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hello,

I recently updated my Plesk version to 8.6 i use a external DNS service for manage my DNS, but now all domains can't access to the subdomains, i readed in the What's New and i see this option:

Ability to block domain creation in foreign DNS zone - Provide customers with increased security level by forbidding clients to create domains that are subdomains of another domain. This prevents that such unauthorized subdomains can be used for spam (and thus original domain holder will be blamed), phishing and exploiting XSS vulnerabilities.

I think this is the problem with the subdomains, how can disable it?.

Thanks.

Thanks for the answer sergius.

But i doesn't have System preferences under Server

Excuse me, it should be Plesk > Server > Control Panel > Server preferences > Do not let users create DNS subzones in other users' DNS superzones

I disabled it, but i continue with the problem the domains can't access to the subdomains they redirect to my homepage. I use the Enom DNS service and after update to Plesk 8.6.0 i have this problem.

Thanks.
