how to disable access.log for all sites?

Hi,

is it possible to disable server wide access.log ?
if not, can parallels add some feature in plesk settings to disable it?
this could rly help when someone has lots of sites with lots of views.

What is a business case for disabling access.log? Could you please clarify a bit?
