  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to edit default httpd.include file settings?

I know that it's possible to override the httpd.include file for each individual domain using the vhost.conf file, however, what I need is a way to override a setting for ALL domains. I need for php's open_basedir to be set to none so that I can include files in /php/includes across all domains.

Thanks for your time.

That's the first thing I tried. phpinfo shows that it recognizes that as the include_path, however, it gives the following message: "failed to open stream: No such file or directory," even though I know it's there. The open_basedir on the indiviual virtual hosts does not allow access, regardless of what include_path is set to.
