Hello,
I replaced all of our certificates with ACME SSL ones today - while doing so I deleted all Let's Encrypt ones.
However, one domain didn't allow deleting the Let's Encrypt certificate, as even after removing the certificate from all places (Domain, Subdomains, Web, E-Mail, IP, Plesk Panel, Plesk Mail, etc.) it showed "Used by: 1". I had to resort to delete the certificate in the database, which worked without issues.
However, for that exact domain the new ACME SSL certificate also shows to be used in one more place than I actually configured. And that is despite the certificate id in the database for the ACME SSL certificate changed, e.g. it's not the same ID as the prior Let's Encrypt certificate - that excludes the ID being refered to in some database table. I also checked through every single database table to see if the ID is refered to anywhere unexpected, which it is not.
I wonder how I can find out where that place is, so I can get rid of it.
I did notice that after I requested an ACME certificate for that specific domain, its only subdomain in the overview for SSLIt! showed as having a certificate (all other domains with subdomains did not do that) - despite when clicking on the subdomain it said no certificate linked and the "Hosting" settings for that subdomain also showed no certificate linked. So something in Plesk - outside of the database, potentially related to SSLIt! - seems to think that the subdomain has a certificate, despite it does not.
How can I fix this?
I did follow this KB, but all steps in there show it's not being used: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...s-are-assigned-to-the-IP-addresses-or-domains
The number of usages however does report it being used and prevents deletion.
