We have this same topic from Plesk Support with "How to install Magento for a domain in Plesk" But it is for Magento 2.1 which is well out-dated.

There are few services required by Magento 2.4. So We should not expect a one-click installation.

Anyway with Plesk, it is really easy to get the Magento 2 latest running smoothly without ANY issues.
