How to manage ports with plesk / and lenguage pack

Hi, I have a client hosted into a windows server with plesk 7.0.2.
He needs to unblock some ports to use the server with video and audio streaming.
He needs to Unblock this ports:
9400, 7700, 700 y 7300

Another question:
Ive downloaded the plesk spanish version, but I cant find the option to upload it. Can anybody tell me how to do it from panel?

Mira si tienes plesk 7.5, puedes poner el componentedel firewall y abrir los puertos para esas situaciones.

luego para poder instalar el lenguaje en español,necesitas una licencia adicional (language pack) asi que puedes dejarlo en ingles o cambiarlo con ese costo adicional.

Plesk 7.0 can't open specific ports. As for language pack you should download it to your server and install there. (it can't be installed via Plesk)
