How to Pass Login Variables to the login Page

I'm trying to code our site so that we can consolodate our service logins into one section, and I'm hoping we can pass along the login variables directly to the login page of Plesk.

Example - there is a selection on our site that would be "Hosting Control Panel" + a place to put in the user/pass.

Once submit is chosen, the user/pass is passed along to https://serverip:8443

I have been unable to find this ability documented - has anyone been successful? If so - what is the trick?
