how to put register_long_arrays ON for a single site in Plesk10 ?

I need to put register_long_arrays ON for a single site/subscription
how I can do that ?
tried all the classics like .htaccess, vhost.conf but I don't know what is the perfect working way to do that.

possibility would be to run php with fastcgi.
then use your own php.ini for this account and change the value.
