How to reconfig Nginx server

is this file "/var/www/vhosts/domain/conf/" that is called "last_nginx.conf" I can edit?

but:

I believe last_nginx.conf is a backup of the last nginx conf.

Add nginx config in...

Plesk -> Domain -> Web Server Settings
