How to regenerate last month statistic

For a domain the access_log.processed was too big (3Go) and the statistics failled.

So I've split this file and move the part of ile on by one to access_log and restart statistics but I can't have the statistics for July.

What I've done wrong ?
How can I get this statistics in webaliser ?
