Hello,
I have this situation, Plesk 9.0.1 on OpenSuse 10.3 . Upgraded to 9.2.1 when it came out. I had no problems till yesterday, when I found out that the one drive is (probably) failing. I wanted to make a plesk backup, call to support for HD replacement, and then revert the backup. The problem is that this harddrive failure affected plesk. Right now, on the
http://domain:8443/ I see "404 - Not Found" page, and also clients are reporting that IMAP is not working.
Any idea how I can reinstall plesk so I can start and make a full backup? I have separate backups (tar.gz) of hosts (I have plesk backups too, but for selected hosts only) and DBs but I don't want to lose few days of reassigning everything to clients again, I have about 100 databases and 60 domains, and would be nice if I can reinstall plesk even temporary ... also, it's good to have mail service back, I'm planning to reinstall during the weekend, so this means 4 days without mail, which is unacceptable
Or at least give me idea how I can check for the service and start it from console, as plesk web interface is not available.
Thanks in advance!
