How to set httpdocs acces rights ?

Hi ! I'm using Plesk 10.2.0 for windows and got this issue :
Even i am logged as main admin , i still dont have acces to set permissions to httpdocs folder . Im doing this from file manager !

So now my site shows " Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document. "
I searched google for answers but noth seems to work .
Any ideas ?

Here it seems you unable to access because you user does not having administrator rights to access, so please add aministrator rights and default rights
