How to turn Safe mode off

I need help.

Safe mode was turned off on Admin panel: Home>Tools & Settings>Custom View Settings> PHP Settings
Safe mode was turned off on Domain : Home > Subscriptions > domain.com > Customizing Subscription Domain.com > PHP Settings

But on request over ssh: php -r 'phpinfo();' | grep safe_mode

Response:

Hello,

Create the phpinfo page on your domain and check your php setting through browser. When you checked php info through command line it's showing server wide php setting(/etc/php.ini)

Hi,

the OP disabled it for the webhosting subscriptions and tried to get safe_mode off on CLI level. As InderS said, they are splitted.
So, if the OP wants to disable it, he has to change the server-wide file (/etc/php.ini).
