How to undo hosting?

We have two packages that we offer customers .. Full package (Hosting with email) or "Mail Only" which has no hosting services.
Now we have someone who has downgraded and wants the email only package. I don't see a way in the control panel to delete just the hosting portion for the domain and only keep email.
Any ideas?

There is a DELETE button near SETUP button in the Hosting Section on the domain page. Just click it to delete hosting. NOTE this will delete all httpdocs files too.
