How to update PHP 4.x -> 5.x (Suse)?

After searching this forum and the intranets with Google I couldn't find a proper instruction how to upgrade my vServer running Plesk 8, Suse and PHP4.x to PHP5.

Any experts out there willing to write a small instruction for Linux dummies using YAST via SSH?
