How to upgrade BIND

But, bind is update from cron on PLESK ??

We have
BIND DNS Server 9.4.2-P1
and would like to update

there is any procedure on plesk to force for give bind updated ??

or must be only manually ?

I tried these exact steps at http://kb.odin.com/en/5542 (three times now), but I get the following error when I attempt step 6 (Start BIND service Plesk Name Server service):-

System error 14001 has occurred.

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail.
————

The file permissions are as they should be above.

Because of this error I’m stuck on 9.4.2 which crashes occasionally - I hope someone can help.
